Welcome to the 1-Day Get Your Podcast Up and Running Workshop!
I’m so excited to help you get your podcast up and running.
I’m going to walk you through the process from start to finish. Based on some of your choices there may be a little more work for you to do after the 1-Day workshop but we’ll try to get it all done and you’ll definitely have a short list of things to do when the workshop is complete.
What you need to have before we start:
A microphone. I recommend the ATR 2100 and you can get off of Amazon but just have a microphone ready to go.
You’ll also need a computer, obviously.
Optional things to think about before we begin:
What you want to call your show,
What you want on the cover art (don’t worry if you don’t know what this is, I’ll walk you through it),
What program you want to record in (Garage Band for Mac, Audacity for PC or you can use the Adobe Suite),
The feel of your show…is it solo or interview,
What your story is…yours, your companies? We want to record your first show talking you and the mission of your podcast, you’re why.
